A Hybrid Tub/Spa is one that operates on multiple heating methods. By default, all our tubs come equipped with an Electric Arctic Spa Pack with 5 Kw of heating capacity. However, the system comes ready to add either a heat pump or a gas heater. Now you can select the most cost-effective energy operation and switch if needed.

By adding the Hybrid model with an Arctic Heat Pump, you can heat and cool the hot tub. This is a great option for the summer months, for sports recovery, or cold water therapy. The cooling option also allows you to quickly drop the temp in case it is a few degrees too warm rather than waiting for it to naturally drop.

The Arctic Heat Pump will operate to -20 C (-4F). After that it will switch to the electric element in the Arctic Spa Pack.

The electric Heater will require a 40 AMP GFCI breaker to operate its heater and pump. If you are adding the Arctic heat pump, it too will require its own dedicate 20 AMP GFCI breaker. If Adding a gas heater, you can share the power off the Arctic Spa Pack. The power connection to the hot tub and heat pump require 240 VAC/1 phase power.

Yes, by law all hot tubs require a power disconnect that is with in site of the hot tub. This would include one for the Arctic heat pump as well, if you add this upgrade. Please contact your local building codes for the exact regulations.

The pad should be equal to the outside diameter of the hot tub. It should be level and solid. We recommend patio blocks or concrete. If you are installing on a deck, be sure the deck has been reinforced to support the weight the hot tub.

Yes! All tubs come equipped with WiFi. Once connected to your wireless network, you will be able to access the controller anywhere in the world from your phone or computer. Note the system will need to be within WiFi range of your router to function properly. This may require a booster to increase the signal strength depending on the distance of the tub and wireless router.

The tub sill come fully created, and be shipped by LTL freight. When possible, we will attempt residential delivery – however, this service may not be available in your location. In this case, we will then notify you when the tub arrives at the nearest depot. You will then need to contact a local courier company to arrange final delivery. Please note that residential delivery only includes curbside drop off in front of your house. It does not include putting the tub in the final location.

Inventory on our site is real time. If you place an order, we first do a complete wet test of your tub. This takes 1 business day, but please allow 3 business days to prepare the tub for shipment. Once it ships, you will be contacted with the shipping details and tracking number. Typically, the LTL shipment will take 4-8 business days depending on your location.

Unlike other tubs, we believe in having the most natural tub possible – without harsh chlorine that can be hard on the plumbing, as well as our bodies. The mineral ionizer naturally produces three key minerals; silver (natural sanitizer), copper (natural algaecide), zinc (skin conditioners). The ozonator produces 03. This is one of the worlds most powerful oxidizers, and destroys all organic matter found in the tub such as oils and dead skin. By removing any organic matter, there is nothing for bacteria to feed on in the hot tub.
